📺 Nobody saw this one coming. On October 28, 2026, South Park aired a GTA 6 gameplay clip right in the middle of its new episode, "Guinea Pig on a Stick", on Comedy Central in the US.
And it isn't a parody: in the end credits, a line states that the GTA 6 footage was provided by Rockstar Games.
🏖️ What the clip shows
The scene takes place on a packed Vice City beach. A dog does its business on the sand, and Jason goes after its owner: he picks up the poop… and throws it right in their face. 💩
In the episode, the sequence plays on a TV screen. You can even spot the game's minimap.
According to TheGamer, this moment didn't appear in any of the GTA 6 videos shown so far.
✅ Why it really is GTA 6
At first, nobody knew whether the sequence was authentic. The doubt went away with the episode's end credits, which read: "Grand Theft Auto VI footage courtesy of Rockstar Games, Inc."
So Rockstar itself gave this footage to the show. For now, no official reaction from the studio has been reported.
😂 GTA 6, the running gag of the season
This isn't the first time South Park has talked about GTA 6: the show has already joked about it in several episodes since September.
It isn't the first time it has worked with a video game either. In 2006, the episode "Make Love, Not Warcraft" was partly made inside World of Warcraft, with Blizzard's help.
