PS5 · Xbox Series — codes will be added here on release day
Updated October 15, 2026 · By Alpha
No GTA 6 cheat codes are confirmed yet. The game launches on November 19, 2026 on PS5 and Xbox Series X|S, and Rockstar hasn't announced anything about cheats.
As soon as it's out, every GTA 6 code will be added to this page with its PS5 and Xbox input, copyable in one click. Until then, here's what we know, what we expect, and the GTA 5 cheats that already work on PS5 and Xbox.
| What you read online | Our verdict |
|---|---|
| “Rockstar has confirmed GTA 6 cheat codes” | ❌ False: no official announcement as of October 15, 2026 |
| GTA 6 will have cheat codes | 🟡 Expected: every mainline GTA has had them, from GTA III to GTA 5 |
| “GTA 6 cheat” lists with button inputs and phone numbers | ❌ Made up: nobody has the game yet, and they're often copied GTA 5 cheats |
| An infinite money cheat | ❌ Unlikely: GTA 5 didn't have one |
| Cheats in GTA Online | ❌ Unlikely: in GTA 5, they only worked in Story Mode |
| GTA 6 cheats on PC | ⏳ No PC version has been announced yet |
Nothing is confirmed, but if Rockstar sticks with tradition, these are the cheat families to watch for on November 19. For each one, here's what it did in GTA 5.
The most searched-for cheat. In GTA 5, it made your character invulnerable for a few minutes.
Health and body armor maxed out instantly: handy in the middle of a shootout.
In GTA 5: sawed-off shotgun, sniper rifle, assault rifle, SMG, pistol, grenades, rocket launcher and knife, ammo included. On top of that came explosive and flaming bullets.
One cheat to lower your wanted level, another to raise it. Given the Leonida police shown in the trailers, it's one of the most anticipated.
Attack helicopter, sports car, motorcycle, stunt plane: GTA 5 let you spawn about a dozen of them. In GTA 6, we're hoping for a speedboat to race through the swamps.
A parachute on your back, or a jump straight from the sky with GTA 5's “Skyfall” cheat.
Slow motion, slow-motion aim, moon gravity, slippery tires: the cheats that bend the game's physics.
In GTA 5, each time you enter the cheat, the weather changes: sun, clouds, rain, storms… Leonida and its hurricanes could make the most of it.
GTA 5 came out on PS5 and Xbox Series X|S, and its cheats still work there, in Story Mode. Here are all 29 codes, checked against two sources (IGN and PC Gamer).

Rockstar hasn't confirmed it yet, but every main GTA game has had cheat codes, from GTA III to GTA 5. Beware of the "GTA 6 cheat codes" lists already online: they're made up. The real codes will be posted here as soon as the game is out on November 19, 2026.
GTA 6 releases on 19 November 2026 on PS5 and Xbox Series X|S; no PC version has been announced yet. GTA 6 cheat codes will be added to this page as they are discovered at launch.
As in previous GTA games: on PS5 and Xbox, enter the button combination (D-pad + buttons) during play; on PC, open the console with ~ or T and type the code. Exact combinations will be listed at launch.
The series classics are expected: invincibility, infinite ammo, lower wanted level, weather and special vehicles. The full list of GTA 6 codes will be published here at launch.
As in GTA 5, there was no official infinite money cheat. If a similar code appears in GTA 6, it will be added to our list after release.
Yes, as in GTA 5, activating a cheat code in GTA 6 will very likely disable trophies and achievements for the current session.
Very likely not: in GTA 5, cheat codes only worked in single player, never in GTA Online. Rockstar hasn't said anything about GTA 6 yet.
