🔥 It's here! On October 15, 2026, Rockstar Games released the GTA 6 Launch Trailer. A 90-second video in 4K, five weeks before release.
Many are already calling it “Trailer 3,” even though Rockstar doesn't. It follows Trailer 1 (December 2023), Trailer 2 (May 2025) and the Extended Look from August 2026.
On the menu: Jason and Lucia, a heist, stunts, Vice City by day and by night… and new music from Justice.

📖 The story, in Rockstar's words
Along with the trailer, Rockstar shared this summary:
In short: a simple plan goes sideways, and a couple has to stick together to survive.
💬 The lines from the trailer
There isn't much dialogue, but it says a lot. Jason, an Army veteran according to his official bio, explains:
- “I got in some trouble in the Army. Didn't leave on the best of terms.”
- “They don't give loans or anything to people like me.”
Then a voice announces “This is a free call from Lucia Caminos”: a call from Lucia, like the ones made from prison.
Lucia asks: “Are we gonna be okay?” The answer: “We've stuck together through everything. Just gotta get through it.”
🌴 What we see in the trailer
🚤 The Keys. A pickup tows a boat past the “The Keys” sign. Then we fly over Brian's Marina, and a man polishes a boat hull in a hangar.
🚗 Jason and Lucia. The couple cruises in a red convertible, Lucia leaning on the door. Later, Jason, in a “U.S. Army” T-shirt, leans against a red sports car with Lucia.
💰 A heist. Armed men wade through a swamp at sunset. A figure crouches in a smoky room, then two people walk into a vault through its round door.
🏍️ Stunts. A motorbike soars over the palm trees, a pickup races down a runway under a plane, and a biplane trails pink smoke over a packed beach.
🌃 Vice City at night. A pink neon club, a red car drifting past the police, an explosion on a rooftop, skyscraper windows shattering and a helicopter over the city.
⛓️ An ankle monitor. In a shower, we glimpse an ankle wearing an electronic monitor. Some outlets believe it's Lucia's, who did time in the Leonida Penitentiary according to her official bio.
💕 And to wrap it up. A man and a woman embrace on a balcony facing the sunset, then a woman in a cap fires a rifle in the street.
🎵 The music: Justice, with Tame Impala, SZA and King Gizzard
The trailer is set to “Flower in a Hurricane,” a new track from French duo Justice, featuring Tame Impala, SZA and King Gizzard & The Lizard Wizard.
Rockstar confirms it: Justice composed the original score of GTA 6. The track also appears on Grand Theft Auto VI: The Album, the official soundtrack (our article), available to pre-save on streaming services, or on vinyl and CD.
Rockstar promises more news on the game's music, including the official score album. For the radio stations revealed so far, head here: GTA 6 radio stations.
